When discounts are available, they cannot be applied to an order retroactively and cannot be combined with any other discounts including group discounts.
Pick-up of Tickets
All tickets purchased will be held at Will Call and will be available for pick-up starting one hour before the performance for which you have tickets. We will not send anything through the mail and tickets cannot be picked up prior to one hour before your selected performance.
Sold Out Performances
Although an event may sell out there may be tickets available. Tickets will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis. In the event of a performance selling out, a wait-list will be created at the box office. Ten minutes prior to curtain, the box office will release tickets to those on the wait list.

Doors open for performances approximately thirty minutes before performances begins. Seating in The Commons is general admission.

What happens if I arrive late?
If you arrive after the show has started, for the respect, comfort, and safety of the patrons who arrived on time, you will be seated in the back of the theatre (at the House Manager’s discretion) until intermission. At that time, an usher will be happy to show you your assigned seats.
What time should I arrive at the theatre?
We recommend you arrive thirty to sixty minutes prior to curtain when the lobby opens; especially if you have tickets at Will Call.
How much time should I allow for parking?
Plenty of free parking is available on-site. No extra time is required.
I can’t make a performance, can I give my tickets to a friend?
If your schedule changes and you are unable to attend a performance for which you have tickets, you can give your tickets to a friend. If you choose to give your tickets to a friend, please make sure to give them your order number.
