Ticketing FAQs & Policies
By purchasing a ticket for one of Circle Theatre Company (CTC) shows, you agree to the following policies:
TICKET POLICYTicket Exchange Policy
Circle Theatre Company tickets are non-refundable. If you’re unable to attend your performance date, you may return your tickets to Circle Theatre Company as a tax-deductible donation. We ask that you please notify the Box Office at least 24 hours prior to your originally scheduled reservation if you intend to donate your tickets for tax credit. Tickets for past performances cannot be considered a donation. CTC does not offer credits for missed performances. There are no refunds.
Season Subscription Exchange Policy
Our preferred Season Subscription holders may exchange tickets for another performance of the same title by notifying the Box Office up to 48 hours (two-business days) before the performance you are scheduled to attend. All exchanges are subject to availability, including best available seat selection, and must be confirmed by phone. CTC does not offer credits for missed performances. There are no refunds.
Group Ticket Exchange Policy
Ticket exchanges are not allowed for Group Ticket Sales. CTC does not offer credits for missed performances. There are no refunds.
Lost Ticket Replacement
If you lose your tickets, call the Box Office and we can reprint them for you. Reprinted tickets will be held at the WILL CALL window under your last name, and can be picked up on the date of the performance.
When discounts are available, they cannot be applied to an order retroactively and cannot be combined with any other discounts including group discounts.
Pick-up of Tickets
All tickets purchased will be held at Will Call and will be available for pick-up starting one hour before the performance for which you have tickets. We will not send anything through the mail and tickets cannot be picked up prior to one hour before your selected performance.
Sold Out Performances
Although an event may sell out there may be tickets available. Tickets will be sold on a first-come, first-sold basis. In the event of a performance selling out, a wait-list will be created at the box office. Ten minutes prior to curtain, the box office will release tickets to those on the wait list.
What time do the doors open?
Doors open for performances approximately fifteen to twenty (15-20) minutes before performances begins. Seating for our Family Series and other events in The Commons at Metro is general admission.
Can I take pictures or video tape the performances?
The use of cameras, video equipment, phones and other recording devices is strictly prohibited during all performances.
What happens if I arrive late?
For the respect, comfort and safety of the patrons who arrived on time, if you arrive after the show has started, you will be seated in the back of the theatre (at the House Manager’s discretion) until intermission. At that time, an usher will be happy to show you your assigned seats.
What time should I arrive at the theatre?
We recommend you arrive thirty minutes prior to curtain when the lobby opens; especially if you have tickets at Will Call.
How much time should I allow for parking?
If attending one of our performances at The Orlando Repertory Theatre, free parking is available on-site. Please be very aware, if multiple events are scheduled around the same time as one of our performances from The Orlando Shakespeare Theatre, The Orlando Museum of Art, and/or The Orlando Science Center parking is extremely difficult. We recommend allowing an extra thirty minutes for parking. If on-site parking is not available, parking is available at the Orlando Science Center Parking Garage.
Easy access to on-site parking at Metro. No extra time is required.
I can’t make a performance, can I give my tickets to a friend?
If your schedule changes and you are unable to attend a performance for which you have tickets you can give your tickets to a friend. If you choose to give your tickets to a friend, please make sure to give them your order number.
